Jenny, I was not aware of your Substack until just now and have just finished reading your posts and doing the meditation. To say that this is just what I needed at this moment seems like a gross understatement. I have always looked at myself as a calm person but I have felt an outrage building inside me recently, which has threatened to unleash itself. Although I want to stay informed and stay connected to people such as you and George on FB, standing for what I believe in publicly has just invited some to say I am being divisive, which frustrates me even more. So, going forward, for the time being, I will silently support those who are in need by volunteering more and getting out in nature more, which has been curtailed due to a recent knee replacement. I can’t thank you enough. You are such a gifted woman.
